About ZogaFit

My journey into Yoga and Pilates began with a deep appreciation for how powerful mindful movement can be. What started as a personal practice quickly became something much more  I experienced firsthand how strengthening the body and slowing down through breath could create not just physical change, but mental clarity and emotional balance. Through consistent practice and training, I discovered how transformative intentional movement truly is, and I felt called to share that experience with others.

My mission is to help you build strength with confidence, move with purpose, and feel balanced from the inside out. I strive to create a welcoming space where every client feels supported, challenged, and empowered  regardless of experience level. Through thoughtful guidance and personalized attention, I am here to help you reconnect with your body, unlock your potential, and create lasting change that extends beyond the mat or reformer.
